"Road Bailiff" identified a debtor's vehicle in the flow of traffic.

      During inspections in the flow of traffic, a vehicle driven by a debtor was stopped. It later emerged that the driver had not been paying child support and was hiding from court bailiffs; he had also been placed on the enforcement wanted list. The car was seized and impounded at a specialized lot, and the debtor was taken to the Main Directorate for the taking of enforcement measures and the drawing up of a protocol on the administrative offence provided for in Part 1 of Article 5.35 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (failure by parents or other legal representatives to fulfil duties to support and raise minors). Kirov residents are reminded that it is important to promptly pay accrued debts and not attempt to evade responsibility.
