In January, the Central Hospital in the city of Belaya Kholunitsa did not provide the patient with medical products on a preferential basis, and an elderly person cannot buy medicines on his own with his own money. In this regard, the prosecutor sent a lawsuit to the court to impose on the medical institution the obligation to eliminate violations of the pensioner's rights. The demands were recognized as justified.
The applicant is now provided with vital medicine. In addition, monetary compensation for moral damage in the amount of 10 thousand rubles was collected from the central district hospital in his favor.
