В деревнях Малахи, Нослы, а также в селах Новой Смаиль, Талице и Дерюшево, в поселке Октябрьский и починке Кулапинский введены в эксплуатацию сети освещения. Об этом проинформировало правительство Кировской области. По указанию губернатора Александра Соколова реализуется двухлетняя программа по созданию наружного освещения в населенных пунктах, расположенных вдоль региональных трасс. В настоящее время общее количество территорий, охваченных программой, возросло до 62. Параллельно продолжаются монтажные и пусконаладочные работы в Афанасьевском, Белохолуницком, Кильмезском, Котельничском, Немском, Омутнинском, Опаринском и Лузском районах. В рамках двухлетней региональной программы планируется установить 4 652 современных энергосберегающих светильника.
