It is noteworthy that townhouses increased the most in price in North Ossetia (+55%), Pskov region (+52%), and Sevastopol (+32%). The largest decreases were observed in Krasnoyarsk Krai (-27%), Kursk region (-26%), and Chuvashia (-21%).
