Valenchuk, Berezin, and participants of the SVO: who won the primaries in the Kirov Regional Duma

      The results for the territorial groups have been published on the preliminary voting website. The winners are:

      Territorial group No. 1 — Lyudmila Nagovitsyna, chief physician of the Omutninskaya CRH, deputy of the Omutninsky District Duma (5,367 votes). Second place went to the general director of JSC "Pervomaysky Lespromkhoz" Oleg Cherezov (3,402 votes), third — individual entrepreneur Sergey Bratchikov (3,224 votes).

      Territorial group No. 2 — Evgeny Rylov, head of sports projects of the Russian Water Sports Federation (4,592 votes). Second place went to the director of the gymnasium in the city of Slobodskoy Zlata Baranova (3,993 votes), third — chief engineer of the Murashi wagon repair depot Alexander Luzyanin (3,096 votes).

      Territorial group No. 3 — Sergey Oparin, serviceman, participant in the special military operation (4,305 votes). In second place is the chief editor of the newspaper "Iskra" Guzel Ulanova (3,746 votes), third — entrepreneur Alexander Kostikov (3,496 votes).

      Territorial group No. 4 — Oleg Valenchuk, deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, member of the committee on ecology, natural resources, and environmental protection (4,624 votes). Second place went to the chief physician of the Yaran CRH Anatoly Chepaykin (3,092 votes), third — chairman of the SPK collective farm "Leninets" Alexander Mashkin (2,889 votes).

      Territorial group No. 5 — Andrey Berezin, director of LLC "Globus", deputy of the Kirov City Duma (3,431 votes). Second place went to the director of LLC "Urzhumsky Alliance" Irina Mikerina (3,255 votes), third — general director of LLC "Trading House Ust-Luga" Ilshat Lukin (3,104 votes).

      Territorial group No. 6 — Elena Gorshkova, chairwoman of the Kirovo-Chepetsk city veterans organization, deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Kirov region (4,706 votes). Second place went to the deputy director of the "KCHHK" branch of JSC "OHC Uralchem" Elena Aleksandrova (4,055 votes), third — deputy director of the legal department Georgy Smyslyaev (3,582 votes).

      Territorial group No. 7 — Ilya Kataev, assistant to a deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, participant in the special military operation (3,766 votes). Second place went to the director of school No. 66 in Kirov Sergey Shustov (3,588 votes), third — director of sports school No. 8 Anvar Samigullin (2,394 votes).

      Territorial group No. 8 — Dmitry Polyakov, senior instructor of the Rosgvardiya Administration for the Kirov region, participant in the special military operation (3,998 votes). Second place went to the director of the Kirov Regional Local History Museum Yuri Baliberdin (3,566 votes), third — director of the rehabilitation center "Na Kazanskoy" Ksenia Sumarokova (3,462 votes).

      Territorial group No. 9 — Sergey Kopytin, head of the legal department of LLC UK "Zhelezo", deputy of the Kirov City Duma (3,921 votes). Second place went to the director of school No. 23 in Kirov Elena Bondarenko (3,214 votes), third — director of the College of Industry and Automotive Service Alexey Laptev (2,995 votes).

      Territorial group No. 10 — Daniil Mamin, deputy chairman of the Kirov City Duma (2,808 votes). Second place went to the rector of the Institute for the Development of Education of the Kirov region Natalia Sokolova (2,625 votes), third — obstetrician-gynecologist Ekaterina Shiryayeva (2,343 votes).

      The preliminary voting determines the candidates that the party plans to nominate for the elections of deputies to the Legislative Assembly of the Kirov region of the eighth convocation. The main voting will take place in September 2026.
