In Kirov, the investigation into a criminal case against a 37-year-old local resident has been completed. He is accused under Article 322.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (fictitious registration of foreigners).
As reported by the Investigative Committee, in September 2025, the man registered five Indian citizens at his residence on Voroсhkov Street for a certain sum. However, in reality, they did not live there but were staying in rented apartments.
While the investigation was ongoing, the man admitted his guilt and cooperated with the authorities. Recently, the materials were sent for consideration in court.
