Sandalov on the Capital Repair Fund: "It is alive."

      At the meeting of the Legislative Assembly committee, Deputy Sergey Mamaev once again criticized the decisions of the authorities. He also took aim at the Capital Repair Fund, expressing doubt that this organization is even alive.

      The Chairman of the Government, Mikhail Sandalov, stated: "The Fund is working and will continue to work. It is alive, it hasn't gone anywhere. And we are settling accounts with the contractors." Sandalov added that all the funds previously allocated to the Fund by the deputies have been directed to the contractors. However, he did not provide any specific figures regarding the organization's operations.

      Earlier, we reported that at the morning committee meeting of the Legislative Assembly, it was not possible to hear information about the capital repairs of houses and the Capital Repair Fund. The reason was that the presenters (the minister and the head of the State Housing Inspection) suddenly left on a business trip.
