The deterioration of weather conditions in Kirov has once again affected the operation of public transport. Residents of the city are mass complaining about schedule disruptions and a sharp increase in taxi prices.
As reported by the citizens, on the afternoon of April 21, buses either did not arrive on time or the intervals between them turned out to be several times longer than stated.
"Bus 74 didn't come, even though it was scheduled," writes one passenger. "I waited for one bus, but the display showed it would only arrive in 20 minutes, even though during the day they should run at least every 7-10 minutes," complains another Kirov resident.
At the same time, taxi prices have sharply increased. If a trip from home to work usually cost 180-220 rubles, today aggregators are showing prices starting from 400 rubles and above. Other users report that a route that usually takes about 10 minutes is now estimated at 400-500 rubles.
As a result, many residents are forced to wait for 15-20 minutes for a bus in the snowfall, unable to pay 500 rubles for a taxi.
