      Earlier an individual entrepreneur filed a lawsuit with the Arbitration Court of the Kirov Region against the management company Azbuka Byta seeking damages in the amount of 333,124 rubles. It emerged that the entrepreneur had rented premises in house No. 8 on Krasnopolyanskaya Street in Kirov. In August 2023, the premises were flooded due to a blockage in the sewer pipes; as a result, the premises’ finishes and the entrepreneur’s property were damaged. An expert examination showed that the cost of their restoration amounts to 333,124 rubles. Because the management company refused to pay, the case went to court. In addition to the above amount, the entrepreneur asked to recover legal costs. The court of first instance partially granted the claim, ordering Azbuka Byta to pay 169,726 rubles as compensation for the damage and 21,248 rubles in legal costs. The entrepreneur filed an appeal, but the Second Arbitration Appellate Court left the decision unchanged.
