      A Newsler.ru reader sent the newsroom a video from 32 Transportny Proezd. The footage shows thick steam rising from beneath the ground. According to the author, the accident occurred when the city's heating was turned on, but, he claims, the situation has not changed since.

      "The heating is smoking like this. They want to leave the city cold. They're waiting for the pipe to burst completely. No one is taking any measures to fix it," a Kirov resident complains. Judging by the video, the leak persists and the heat is literally escaping into the air.       Earlier, Kirov was named among nine Russian cities where the Ministry of Energy recorded increased risks of accidents during the heating season.
