Residents of the Fedyakovskoye and Kstinin rural settlements were left without power.

      Last night residents of the Fedyakovskoye and Kstininskoye rural settlements reported a major power outage. It affected localities such as Lubyagino, Shutovshchina, Kstinino, Fedyakovo, Konnye, Novoselovshchina, and Subbotintsy. People noted that almost all of the Fedyakovskoye rural settlement has been without power for the second time in 24 hours and that the day before there had been no electricity for seven hours. Local residents believe the outage was caused by an accident. They plan to file complaints about the problem with the prosecutor’s office and the Investigative Committee in the near future. Notably, many houses in the aforementioned localities are connected to gas, so a power outage is particularly critical for them.
