      According to forecasters, today, January 18, daytime temperatures in Kirov will drop to -12°C, and later in the evening the city will warm slightly — to -10°C. Winds will blow at 5–6 m/s. At 6 p.m. precipitation in the form of snowfall will begin, which will not end until later at night.

      Note that it will get noticeably colder in Kirov next week. The week will begin with relatively mild weather — Kirov and the surrounding region are expected to see -5°C during the day on Monday and Tuesday. The second half of the week promises to be frosty — temperatures will fall to -32°C at night and -24°C during the day.
