Kirov residents were told what makes up the heating bill.
The State Housing Inspectorate explained what makes up the heating charge in apartment buildings. It turned out that the amount depends on the presence of a building-wide heat meter (ODPU) and other factors.
According to specialists, if a building does not have an ODPU, the charge is calculated according to the standard rate in equal parts for the period from September to April. The amount on the bills in this case does not change.
If a building is equipped with an ODPU, the charge depends on how much heat the building consumed. This can be affected by cold weather, as well as the adjustment and condition of the equipment. The highest charges are for December, January and February.
In addition, the amount on the bills may change if the method of calculation changes. For example, this happens when switching to payment based on the standard rate or after the meter is verified.
