The Kirov branch of Energosbyt Plus has launched the "A New Year — without debts!" campaign. To take part, you must, by December 31, pay the outstanding charges for electricity and heating for November and make the recommended payment for December.
In January several of those who do so are promised rewards, including the write-off of penalty charges. An exception will be penalties for which lawsuits have been filed.
