Today representatives from the transport department and the Directorate for Public Improvement conducted an on-site inspection of problem areas. According to the municipality, potholes have been recorded on the unpaved road, including in the settlement of Sidorovka. The contractor was instructed to remedy the defects in the near future. It was also reported that during the autumn-winter period the frequency of grading has been increased — equipment goes out every other day. Municipal sections are being treated with de-icing material. The administration also noted problems on a section of road near the village of Nizhniye Buldaki, which is part of the Slobodskoy District. Due to icing, emergency situations periodically arise there. City authorities intend to contact their colleagues in the Slobodskoy District and ask them to take the situation under control. In autumn 2023 the Kirov administration reported that preparatory legal procedures for the construction of a new Poroshino–Sidorovka road were underway. It was planned that the design and estimate documentation would be developed during 2024, with construction scheduled to begin in 2025. As of December 2025, official communications from the city administration do not mention the start of road construction or a transition to the design phase.
