From December 20, 2025, users of the "To the Doctor" portal and mobile app will no longer be able to log in to the service using email. Authorization will be available only through the Unified System of Identification and Authentication (ESIA) — the Gosuslugi portal. According to operators of the regional medical services portal, the transition is linked to compliance with the requirements of the federal law "On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection." The update will unify the access system and improve the security of user data. Specialists have already begun technical work on the transition to mandatory authorization via ESIA.
