Rahim Azimov: The budget adopted by the State Duma guarantees the fulfillment of all social obligations.

As State Duma deputy Rakhim Azimov noted, "The budget is aimed at implementing the national goals set by President Vladimir Putin. Almost 80 trillion rubles over three years is allocated exclusively to the social sphere."

All main types of benefits and maternity capital will be indexed. The minimum wage will be raised on January 1 to 27,093 rubles — almost 21%. At the same time the MROT will exceed the statutory subsistence minimum for a working-age person by more than 30%. Thus, the President's task is being implemented step by step: by 2030 to raise the MROT to 35,000 rubles and to exceed the subsistence minimum in place at that time by more than 25%.

The budget managed to find additional funds for a number of areas prioritized by United Russia. Amendments prepared by the faction allocate almost 174 billion rubles to socially significant measures.

Supporting participants in the special military operation remains a top priority. Thanks to United Russia's amendments the "Defenders of the Fatherland" Fund will be additionally allocated 7.7 billion rubles. As a result, more than 50 billion rubles are budgeted for its work over three years.

Also, by an amendment introduced by United Russia, an additional 2 billion rubles will be directed in 2026 to the capital repairs of schools. In addition, the party intends to strengthen control over the efficiency of spending these funds. "Our region actively participates in the school capital repair program. Thanks to it, our educational institutions are becoming modern and comfortable for children," Azimov added.

Almost 12 billion rubles will be additionally directed in 2026 for the comprehensive development of rural areas at the party's initiative. By United Russia's amendment, spending on the development and repair of regional and local roads will increase by 85.2 billion rubles over three years.

An additional 2 billion rubles will be allocated in the form of subsidies to the machine-tool industry for conducting research and development and experimental design work.

"The budget for the coming three years is a concrete tool for real change aimed at improving quality of life, protecting citizens and developing territories," Rahim Azimov stressed.
