Two catering workers had been drinking alcohol together and at some point decided to test their strength. A Kirov resident, born in 1989, delivered about five blows with his hands and feet to his colleague, born in 1980, to the torso. As a result, the victim was hospitalized. A criminal case was opened against the Kirov resident under Part 1 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm). The suspect was detained in accordance with Article 91 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation. A decision on the imposition of a preventive measure for him is currently being considered.
