In Kirov, public transport routes will change from January 1.

One of the key changes will be the relocation of the termini for buses No. 26 and No. 90 — they will now end their trips at the "Sloboda Kurochkiny" stop. For the convenience of residents and employees of CHP‑5, a circular service "CHP‑5 — Sloboda Kurochkiny" will be launched, operating under separate informational signage within route No. 90. Passengers will be able to transfer to this service free of charge from buses No. 26 and No. 90 at the "Sloboda Kurochkiny" stop.

As explained by the city administration, the decision was driven by passenger flow analysis. According to observations, an average of no more than 15 people travel to and from CHP‑5 per trip during morning and evening hours, and no more than six during the day. Moving the terminus will shorten the turnaround time on route No. 90 and increase its daily number of trips by 13.

In addition, from January 1 the terminus of route No. 3 will change: the bus will end its run not at the "Railway Station" stop but at the "Chapaev Street" stop.
