Today, during a discussion of Kirov’s draft budget, it emerged that 3 million rubles are to be allocated for guarding the water pipeline facilities in Kumeny. Deputy Denis Erokhin asked why this was necessary and what might happen to it.
The administration noted that there are unfinished structures in Kumeny that require a certain degree of security. They added that the city authorities are currently discussing the water pipeline’s future with regional officials. They will soon decide what to do with it next.
