Employees of the regional office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service reviewed the case materials concerning a contracting organization that failed to fulfill the terms of contracts for major renovations of apartment buildings in Kirov. The agency's press service reported this.
It turned out that "First Regional Construction Company" had undertaken to carry out major renovations on 19 buildings in the city. The work was to be completed by September 2023, and the total cost exceeded 130 million rubles.
During the inspection it was established that the contractor missed deadlines and did not complete the work in full. The failure to fulfill obligations was recognized as a material breach of the contract terms.
The antimonopoly authority added that the organization did not provide evidence that could confirm it was not at fault. As a result, information about the company was entered into the register of unscrupulous contractors.
