The city of Kirov has received a readiness certificate for the heating season, which by law the municipality is required to draw up by November 15. This was reported on his Telegram channel by the head of the city administration, Vyacheslav Simakov.
"The readiness certificate attests that our city — both consumers and suppliers of thermal energy — is ready for the heating season, fuel reserves are sufficient, and there are personnel and resources to respond to various emergency situations," Simakov said.
According to the Department of Urban Economy, at present all residential buildings and social infrastructure facilities in Kirov are provided with heating.
