Weekend in Kirov Oblast: drunken troublemakers, unpaid bills and brawls
Last weekend was eventful for officers of Rosgvardiya’s security service in the Kirov region.
Thus, in Omutninsk at around 5:00 p.m. on Karl Liebknecht Street a 29-year-old intoxicated man was found. He was handed over to the police to face administrative proceedings.
In Kirov at around 5:15 p.m. on Oktyabrsky Prospect a 50-year-old man with a prior conviction was detained for disorderly conduct. Later, at around 9:00 p.m., another case of minor hooliganism occurred at a hotel on Kazanskaya Street, where a 54-year-old man was detained.
Late at night Rosgvardiya responded to “Alarm” calls from city establishments. In a bar on Svobody Street a 26-year-old patron failed to pay a bill of 2,000 rubles, and in a café on Komsomolskaya Street a 22-year-old patron failed to pay a bill of 2,700 rubles. In both cases the materials were referred to the police.
Additionally, at around 3:00 a.m. in a club on Lenina Street a conflict occurred between two 18-year-old women, during which one assaulted the other. The suspect was taken to the police station.
Another assault incident occurred in Nolinsk: a 23-year-old man struck a 33-year-old man and was taken to the police station.
