The United Credit Bureau published data on the credit ratings of Russian regions for September 2025. Kirov Region ranked 20th with a score of 730 points. Over the past year, the region’s credit rating declined by five points. Month-on-month, the figure fell by one point. For comparison, the average credit rating of a Russian borrower in September 2025 was 710 points.
