Recalculated supplementary payments were paid to retired miners and pilots in the Kirov region.

Pensioners who are former miners and civil aviation pilots in the Kirov Region received an additional payment to their insurance pension for work in hazardous and arduous conditions. The supplement is formed from employer contributions that are paid monthly to the Social Fund of Russia (SFR) and is credited only after retirement.

For miners the supplement is granted for at least 25 years of service in underground and open-pit mining (20 years for leading professions), and for pilots — for 25 years of service (20 years for women).

The average supplement in August–October 2025 initially amounted to 3,877 rubles for workers in the coal industry and 24,468 rubles for flight crews. After Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1421 and taking into account additional contribution receipts for April–June, the SFR recalculated the amounts: it paid 4,667 rubles (+790 rubles) and 27,104 rubles (+2,636 rubles), respectively. Payments for August–October were made simultaneously with the amounts established for October.

The Social Fund notes that, to simplify calculations, a draft law is being prepared that will allow employer contributions to be counted not at the time they are received by the fund but at the time of accrual. This will make payments more even. Up-to-date information on the amounts of the supplements is published on the SFR website.
