Specialists from MUP "Vodokanal" eliminated a leak in the area of house No. 13B on Koltsova Street. They installed a new 300-millimeter gate valve. The decision to replace it was made after an inspection of the network section.
The new equipment is rated for operation at pressures up to 16 bar and provides more precise control of water flow in the pipelines. The design with a rubber-seated wedge makes the opening and closing process smooth and reliable. According to specialists, thanks to the installed gate valve the risk of water hammer will be reduced, which will improve the stability of the water supply system in the area.
