In Kirov, following an inspection by the Pervomaysky District Prosecutor’s Office, a decision was made to repair the hydraulic structure at Lomovsky Pond. The prosecutor went to court demanding that the city administration and the MKU "Kirov Civil Defense Administration" carry out repair and restoration works. The court found the claim lawful and well-founded. In accordance with the court’s decision, a municipal contract was signed for over 14 million rubles. The Prosecutor’s Office noted that oversight of the court decision’s implementation continues.
