63% of Kirov residents support mandatory labeling of artificial intelligence.

      According to a survey by the SuperJob service, 63% of Kirov residents supported the idea of mandatory labeling of artificial intelligence when organizations communicate with clients and partners. Only 9% opposed it, and another 28% were undecided. Some of the undecided expressed complete distrust of the technology: "I am completely against the use of AI."

      Men are more likely to support labeling (67% versus 58% among women). At the same time, 35% of women were unable to say, compared with only 20% of men. The higher the income, the higher the share of supporters of the initiative: 68% of respondents with a salary of 100,000 rubles per month or more backed labeling.

      Results also vary by level of education. Among those with higher education, 70% supported the initiative, while among graduates of technical schools and colleges it was 57%. People with secondary vocational education were more likely than others to be undecided (34% versus 22% among Kirov residents with a university degree).

      A similar distribution of opinions is observed regarding content created by neural networks. The majority of Kirov residents (63%) are in favor of its mandatory labeling, 13% are against. Supporters' arguments relate to the importance of information reliability and uncertainty regarding copyright.
