The Ministry of Environmental Protection has completed an inspection of the enterprise "Kirovpaper". Recall that it was organized after a complaint by a local resident about pollution of the Medyanka River in the Yuryansky District.
Specialists traveled to Murygino, where the factory's production site is located. They surveyed the area and took samples of wastewater, surface water and waste. The results showed that the river does indeed contain pollution that poses a threat to human health.
The company was issued an order to eliminate the violations. Its implementation will be monitored next year. In addition, a protocol has been drawn up that will be sent to the court to consider suspending the factory's operations. The ministry hopes that Kirovpaper's management will promptly change the company's operations and eliminate the identified violations.
