On September 30, two road accidents were recorded in the Kirov region, in which three people were injured, the regional State Traffic Inspectorate reported.

At 11:00 in the Slobodskoy district on the Kostroma–Sharya–Kirov–Perm highway, according to preliminary data, a 41-year-old woman driving a Chevrolet Lanos, while intoxicated, drove into the oncoming lane and collided with a ZIL truck driven by a 64-year-old man. As a result of the incident the driver herself and her 4-year-old passenger — a boy — were injured.
Another accident was recorded in Kirov. At 12:55 on Lenina Street, 102A, a Mazda driven by a 35-year-old man collided with an electric bicycle ridden by a 17-year-old. The rider of the two-wheeled vehicle was injured.

Hit on the left rear of the ZIL. How could she have managed to drive into the oncoming lane like that? Even assuming she did, it would have hit her side, not the passenger side.
