Management companies in Kirov were fined 108 million rubles.
At a meeting of the Legislative Assembly committee, Alena Dudnikova, head of the Kirov State Housing Inspectorate, spoke. She said that as of today 52 management companies operate in Kirov and 99 in the other localities of the region. One hundred ninety-one of them hold licenses. One hundred fifty-one management companies have buildings under management; 40 do not.
In 2024, 22 five-year licenses for managing residential buildings were issued. This year, six were issued. The validity of 14 and 20 licenses was terminated, respectively. Annulled — 1 and 0, respectively (this refers to the annulment of the license of LLC "Engineering and Restoration Service"). The speaker added that this year the director of LLC "EUK" was disqualified.
Dudnikova also reported that the State Housing Inspectorate periodically holds management companies accountable. This year fines totaling 108 million rubles were imposed (some by the State Housing Inspectorate itself, the rest by magistrates). How much has been collected is not yet known; the agency promised to provide this information by the end of the year.
