Kirov plans to invest about 40 million in a roller-ski track.

At a meeting of the Duma commission, a representative of the administration presented a series of slides showing when and for what the authorities plan to allocate money in the sports sector. The work will mainly affect sports schools No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 8 and "Soyuz."

Three points stand out most. The first is the allocation in 2026 of about 3 million rubles for repairing the surface of the "smart" sports ground in Novovyatsk. Another 2.4 million rubles are planned for 2028. Recall that the city administration continues to sue the contractor that worked on this project. And, apparently, hopes of forcing it to do all of this at its own expense—at least in the near future—are gone.

The second point is the allocation of fairly large sums for the repair of the roller-ski track belonging to sports school No. 3. In 2026 the authorities plan to allocate 12.2 million rubles, in 2027 — 12.9 million rubles, and in 2028 — 14.6 million rubles.

Also in 2028 it is planned to replace the artificial surface at the Russia stadium for 29.2 million rubles, carry out an overhaul of the stands for 14.1 million rubles, and replace the windows in the administrative building for 1.2 million rubles.
