The fountain that opened in the pond of S. M. Kirov Park will operate daily. The Kirov administration announced the approved operating schedule:
10:00 - 18:00 — daytime program
18:00 - 19:00 — dynamic lighting mode
19:00 - 21:00 — light-and-music (multimedia) mode
21:00 - 22:00 — dynamic lighting mode
22:00 — fountain shutdown.
The last day of operation before the winter period may be October 5. The Governor of Kirov Oblast, Alexander Sokolov, in turn, has instructed, if possible, to extend the fountain's operation to a later date if weather conditions permit.
