      In April of this year, a 22-year-old resident of the village of Osintsy in Slobodskoy District was given a forged driver's license as a birthday present. At one point he was stopped on the Vyatka highway in the Pervomaysky District of the city of Kirov. During the check he showed the police officer the forged driver's license. A criminal case was opened against the young man. He was found guilty under Part 3 of Article 327 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (use of a forged driver's license). Taking into account the seriousness of the offense and information about his personal circumstances, the court sentenced him to six months' restriction of freedom.
