In connection with this, the region plans to launch its own project called "Vyatskiye Dvoriki." Its distinctive feature is that residents of apartment buildings will themselves choose which works should be carried out.
The competition is planned to be announced in 2026. Then the authorities will select courtyard improvement projects. In 2027–2029, the regional budget plans to allocate one billion rubles to carry out these works. "Thus, we will double the pace of courtyard improvements," Sokolov said.
