The man was unable to obtain the support measures to which he was entitled, so he turned to the prosecutor’s office for assistance. The agency filed a lawsuit with the court seeking recognition of the legal fact of death of the missing serviceman. The court granted the claim.
After that, the father was granted all social allowances and pensions provided for by law.
