A bill on the first job will be prepared in the Kirov Region.
In an address to deputies and officials, Alexander Sokolov said he had instructed the government to submit a bill on the first job to the Legislative Assembly by the end of the year. "It should provide support for young specialists and create incentives for entrepreneurs," the head of the region said.
Sokolov also noted that a positive trend has been observed in the region for the third year running — net migration has been increasing each year. "That means fewer people are leaving the Kirov Region," the governor explained. According to him, educated, working‑age young people are increasingly staying in their native region. He added that our labor market needs 26,000 people.
