Uralkhim is participating in the implementation of the federal project "Professionalitet".
An educational and production cluster "Chemical Industry" is being created at the college. Uralchem has allocated 10 million rubles to support the project. Work is currently underway to transfer equipment worth the same amount to VAPK for conducting practical classes.
The project's main emphasis is on practical training. Students will be taught not only by teachers but also by company representatives. A mandatory condition of the program is additional training for employees who will later interact with students. Nine employees of the KCHHK branch are upgrading their qualifications under the program "Pedagogy and Methods of Teaching Vocational Disciplines in the Implementation of Secondary Vocational Education Programs within the Federal Project 'Professionalitet'."
This year the college enrolled students under the "Professionalitet" project in the following fields: electrician for repair and maintenance of electrical equipment (RiOE), instrumentation and control fitter-adjuster (KIPiA), welder, and chemical technology for the production of chemical compounds.
The training process is built on close cooperation with the KCHHK branch. First-year students will begin their introduction to the enterprise with the subject "Introduction to the Profession." Introductory tours, meetings with chief specialists, and training sessions will be held for them.

For students, the "Professionalitet" project is an introduction to production from the first days of study, guaranteed employment after graduating from college, and an additional scholarship from the company. Support for the project will allow us to influence not only the process of preparing future workers but also the content of educational programs, in the development of which specialists from our plant are already actively participating.
