At around 8 p.m., a detachment of the non-departmental security service noticed a citizen on their patrol route who was clearly nervous: at times he looked at his phone, at times he searched for something in a thicket of bushes, and he kept looking around. At one point the man picked up several small packets and put them in his pocket. Upon seeing the Rosgvardiya officers, he tried to run away.
When asked about the contents of his pockets, the young man admitted that he had ordered drugs online for his own use. The packets were seized and sent for analysis. After that, the Kirov resident was handed over to the police.
