Malmyzh Central District Hospital received 16 more units of medical equipment.

      Malmyzh Central District Hospital continues to be equipped with new technology. In 2025 the institution put another 16 pieces of equipment into operation. As chief physician Elvira Sirazieva said, the re-equipment of the radiology department has been completed: the district hospital now has a CT scanner and a digital X-ray system, on which more than 3,400 examinations have already been performed. In addition, the hospital began operating a new mammograph — almost 1,300 screenings have been carried out with its help, which has expanded the facility’s capabilities for diagnosing oncological conditions in women. Plans include the purchase of a dental X-ray unit for the dental service. According to First Deputy Chairman of the Government of Kirov Oblast Dmitry Kurdyumov, in recent years the region’s healthcare institutions have received a significant volume of equipment. He stressed that not only the delivery of equipment is important, but also its effective use: electronic services make it possible to track workload and monitor the timing of examinations.
