On August 15 Alexander Sokolov launched a MAX channel, and on August 18 he published the first post. In it, the head of the region, while on vacation, announced the launch of a new channel of communication with the region’s residents. Sokolov noted that the MAX messenger is gaining popularity, and that it is important for him to receive feedback from the population.
“You see the state of affairs on the ground, in the sectors, and your opinion on the development of the Kirov Region is the most important. I always read all your comments and make prompt decisions on many issues,” the governor wrote.
He also said that after the testing phase the developers will enable commenting on posts, and that comments will be included in the official social media monitoring of the Kirov Region’s Regional Management Center.
The governor urged residents to subscribe to the channel and share the information with their relatives so that more people could communicate with the head of the region on the new platform.
