As established by the investigation and the court, from October 2021 to January 2024 the man repeatedly received money from entrepreneurs and companies for the unimpeded acceptance of contracted work. He took the payments both in cash and as transfers to bank accounts.
The unlawful activity was uncovered by officers of the Kirov Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Evidence collected by investigators of the Investigative Committee allowed the case to be brought to court.
By the court's verdict, the convicted man was fined 3 million rubles and banned from performing managerial and administrative functions in commercial organizations for 3 years.
