August 19 (Tuesday): In Kirov no significant precipitation, temperature at night +10–+12 °C, during the day +19–+21 °C. In the oblast isolated brief showers are possible; at night thunderstorms and fog are also not excluded.
August 20 (Wednesday): Cloudy with clear spells, no significant precipitation. Temperature in Kirov at night +11–+13 °C, during the day +20–+22 °C; in the oblast isolated brief showers are possible.
August 21 (Thursday): Brief rain possible during the day, temperature in Kirov at night +11–+13 °C, during the day +18–+20 °C; in the oblast isolated brief precipitation is also possible.
Winds in the region will be predominantly northwesterly and southwesterly, at 4–12 m/s depending on the time of day.
