Kirov accelerates the construction of the Trans-Siberian tunnel

      At the off-site meeting led by the First Deputy Chairman of the regional government, Alexey Zherdev, the current stages of construction, the condition of the site, and plans to accelerate work were discussed.

      The representative of the contracting organization explained that the installation of sheet piling barriers in the starting pit is underway. Alexey Zherdev noted that the pace of work is increasing: additional equipment is planned to be brought to the site. The governor also emphasized that all necessary materials, labor, and equipment are available at the site, and any emerging issues are resolved promptly.

      In the near future, a second crane will be installed at the construction site, which will allow for an increase in activity. Preparatory measures are underway on the opposite side of the track to create a receiving pit. The work is being carried out simultaneously on both sides of the railway track.
