Construction of a kindergarten canceled in Kirov
In late June of this year, a competition was announced to find a contractor for the construction of a 270-seat kindergarten with a swimming pool at 8 Kapitana Dorofeeva Street. The initial (maximum) contract price was 353 million 854 thousand 704 rubles.
According to the protocol of the supplier determination results posted on rostender.info, the contest was declared unsuccessful. "At the end of the application submission deadline, no applications were submitted for participation in the procurement. Due to the fact that no applications were submitted at the end of the deadline for participation in the procurement, pursuant to paragraph 3, part 1, article 52 of Federal Law No 44-FZ dated April 5, 2013, the determination of the supplier (contractor, performer) is deemed unsuccessful," the document states.
Later, on July 17, the contest was announced again, with the same contract amount.
However, the auction results were not summarized, and a contractor was not selected. According to information posted on rostender.info, the competition was canceled. The notice states that the tender was "canceled due to force majeure." However, the portal does not specify what exactly this force majeure entailed.
