IT employees can apply for postponement from conscription until 11:59 PM on August 6. For residents of the Far North and equivalent territories, the deadline is until September 6. This can be done through Gosuslugi.
Employers must confirm and submit the data to the Ministry of Digital Development in the personal account on the Gosuslugi portal by August 11. If an employee does not submit an application themselves, the company can include them in the lists if they meet the criteria.
The HR department must ensure that the information has been accurately sent to the Ministry of Digital Development, regardless of whether the employee submitted the application themselves or the organization did it. The Ministry of Digital Development will pass the lists to the Ministry of Defense by September 1, and for residents of the Far North — by September 30. From October 1 to December 31, the conscription commission will make decisions regarding postponements.
