The city administration website published an order titled "On the approval of the architectural and urban development appearance of the capital construction project 'Gas Station at 53/3 Luganskaya Street, Kirov.'" According to the document, the application for the approval of the gas station was submitted by LLC "Kirov-Nefte" on July 14, 2025.
The gas station will be located at 53/3 Luganskaya Street. The building will have an area of 326.09 sq.m. and will be a single-story structure.
The construction of the gas station was approved: the document states that "the architectural and urban development appearance of the object complies with the requirements for the architectural and urban development appearance of the capital construction object specified in the urban planning regulations established by the land use and development rules of Kirov."
