According to the Kirov Region traffic police, on July 23 at 7:30 PM, a collision took place on May Street at house No. 9 in Kostino between a motorcycle and a Kayo mini bike.
The authorities reported that a 39-year-old motorcycle rider, intoxicated while driving, collided with the mini bike operated by a 15-year-old boy. As a result of the accident, an e-scooter user sustained injuries.
The traffic police did not specify whether the e-scooter rider was involved in the accident or whether they were injured by one of the vehicles involved in the collision.
