At the meeting of the Regional Party Council, Mihail Tsaryuk, a deputy of the Kirov City Duma, was elected acting head of the regional branch of the party, reports the fair Russia's social media page on Vkontakte. Tsaryuk's candidacy was supported unanimously.
Mihail Tsaryuk is a native of Kirov, and in 2009 he graduated from the Faculty of Jurisprudence at Vyatka State Humanitarian University. In 2016, he graduated from the Faculty of Public and Municipal Administration at the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation.
It is worth noting that the previous leader of the Kirov branch of Fair Russia was Konstantin Russkih, who held this position since December 2023, but he resigned in June of this year at his own request.
