Prosecutorial measures include administrative and criminal cases, as well as lawsuits totaling nearly 85 million rubles.
Prosecutors not only monitor compliance with anti-corruption legislation but also actively participate in court proceedings aimed at holding offenders accountable. In this half-year, 14 claims were filed in regional courts for an overall amount of nearly 85 million rubles. These claims involve various violations, including abuse of office and evasion of obligations.
Special attention is paid to checking compliance with restrictions imposed on officials, as well as monitoring the execution of their duties. As a result of prosecutorial work, several officials have been subject to administrative and criminal liability.
The Prosecutor's Office continues to intensify efforts to prevent corrupt offenses and maintain legality at all levels of government, emphasizing the importance of transparency and accountability of public servants before society.
